Harini Venkatesan is an associate attorney at Lokken & Associates, P.C. Her practice focuses on parental defense of child welfare cases, family law, immigration law, and estate planning. Previously, she co-founded and managed operations at several tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area, while running a solo practice focusing on immigration and corporate law. She received her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from New York University. While in law school, Harini served as the Student Coordinator of the American Indian Clinic under the Pro Bono Initiative. She also served as an executive member of the Minority Law Caucus, and an Interview Advocate with the Domestic Violence Institute at the Boston Medical Center. Harini currently serves as the Board Secretary of the Utah Minority Bar Association.

Harini is passionate about women's issues and minority issues, and understanding the intersectionality of both. Harini is also devoted to animal rights, and currently fosters animals through the Humane Society of Utah. When she is not working, Harini enjoys yoga, cooking, exploring natural wellness, and spending time with her family and friends.
